European support for training programme and career policy

At the brewery, our employees are of crucial importance. Only through their commitment and dedication can we provide our customers with the best beers. Thanks to the support of the ESF, we therefore want to work on a sustainable career policy, called 'Bavik Super People', to let our employees grow along with our organisation.

The project focuses on the following results:

• Developing a competency policy, linked to the brewery's values (passion, authenticity, innovation, beer for connoisseurs)
• Continuing to work on a pleasant working environment
• Supporting and stimulating entrepreneurship

A total of €114,752.61 is invested in the project.
